Tomb of Tears

The heirs approach the cultists, led by Daviid Lorant. After a surprised attack that takes out most of the cultists, Daviid chooses to surrender and tells the other cultists to throw down their weapons. Edwinn accepts this surrender despite the skepticism of the remaining heirs who continue the attack, much to Edwinn's dismay. Daviid attempts to buy time and offers to answer questions for the heirs, but is silenced when Via strikes him with a spell.

Edwinn quickly grows upset with his siblings, accusing them of being just as bad as the cult for striking them after surrendering, saying that they were no longer a danger. His siblings don't seem to agree with this, and the group moves forward despite the hostility amongst each other.

They come across a new door, one that must be opened together. After touching it all five of them are transported into something new, a vision sevearl years in the future, where they are again united after the death of Talon. They comfort one another, and the seal is broken.

Traveling inside, the heirs come across a spirit of agony, responsible for the forelorn feelings in the dungeon. They are able to defeat it, and acquire several artifacts and the phylactery from Aurelia's tomb.

Upon exiting the sepulchur, they are greeted by the image of their dead clerics, and soon undead and the Gravesworn move out, threatning them to hand over the phylactery. However, a dark figure emerges from the sky as a large dragon battles the gravesworn, giving the heirs the change to escape.

Xanthe tries to move to take Dragon's Bane while the Gravesworn is down, but is stopped by Edwinn before she can try. The heirs climb atop the dragon and fly away, avoiding a clash with the Gravesworn. With the phylactery in hand, it was time to prepare for their final assault.
