Zepharos
Importance:
Zepharos is a dragonborn necromancer whose tower in Soleilae is under siege by the cult. He was the first to discover the draconic book behind Via's ritual, and he says he told only Raynere and Talon about it. He is furious to learn of Via's ritual, and he points the heirs to the Severing Needle in Solebruv as the only way to free her. He also warns Edwinn that the being speaking to him is not Pelor.
Since then
