Voresh the Shepherd

An Arkan who takes grief away by taking the memory with it, leaving people hollow and obedient. He found Aedric Wren mourning his sons in Rosemont, emptied him, and walked him to Cerwyn Keep where three dragon eggs had been found. He heads all three branches of the cult, wears a gauntlet like Edwinn's, and is the only one who knows the identity of the traitor inside Ederia. He has been preying on Harker caravans for a century.
