Viktor Bloodmoon

A spy out of Maldaris who entered the Sentinel Festival and won a trial outright. He knew about Astrid and Freya, about Cerwyn Keep, and about the Shepherd, and offered all of it freely - which is precisely why Marik distrusted the timing of his arrival. He is given the spymaster's post on a trial basis and confirmed to it, and hands out paired sending stones and matched pocket watches set to speak only at eight each evening.
