Veskas Draelthir XI
Importance:
The daughter of the Countess of Maldaris and heir to her seat, a slender drow with blood-red eyes and a light step. Veskas holds no love for her mother and believes her reign will end soon. She walks freely beneath the sun, yet she is a vampire of a rare kind that daylight cannot touch. To Xanthe, she has offered a taste of the long life she carries, perhaps even eternity, if Xanthe can prove herself worthy.
Since then
Immortality isn't a gift. It's an inheritance. And I choose my heirs very carefully.
