Raphael

A devil, and the second of them to take an interest in the party. He introduces himself in Solebreuve and places Cailynn immediately by her burns, as the one who attacked him the night before. What he hands Xanthe is information about Mephisto's boy moving against his father - which Xanthe carries straight to Mephisto, who tells her that Raphael was only ever a test of where her loyalty sat. Via later admits she weighed using him to cut Poppy and Isadora out of their pact.
