Captain Roquette
Importance:
The pirate captain whose crew sank the heirs' ship on the crossing to Soleilae and took three of them prisoner. She cut off one of Xanthe's horns to make a point about honest answers. She later threw in with the Shepherd and rode for Solebreuve to steal a draconic lantern out of the Sanctum Depths. Xanthe landed the killing blow in the vault, and kept the rapier.
Since then
You will tell me the truth eventually. I am only deciding how much of you is left when you do.
